1. Services

Wrightson Training provides personal training, strength and conditioning, running coaching, general fitness services, and general nutritional coaching guidance.

All programs are designed based on client-provided information and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nutritional guidance provided is general in nature and is intended for educational and supportive purposes only. It does not constitute medical, dietetic, or registered nutritionist advice.

2. Health & Medical Acknowledgement

By engaging in services, you confirm that:

  • You are in good physical condition to participate in exercise

  • You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations

  • You will inform Wrightson Training of any changes to your health

You acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, or in rare cases, serious harm.

3. Nutritional Guidance Disclaimer

Any nutrition-related information, suggestions, or guidance provided by Wrightson Training:

  • Is general in nature and not tailored medical or clinical advice

  • Should not be interpreted as treatment for medical conditions

  • Is not provided by a qualified dietitian or medical practitioner

You are responsible for seeking independent advice from a qualified healthcare professional (e.g., GP or accredited practising dietitian) before making significant dietary changes.

You agree that any nutritional decisions made based on coaching discussions are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in training sessions, programs, and associated guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrightson Training is not liable for:

  • Injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after sessions

  • Outcomes resulting from failure to follow instructions

  • Outcomes resulting from interpretation or application of training or nutritional guidance

  • Undisclosed medical conditions

5. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Session packs may have an expiry period (e.g. 8–12 weeks from purchase)

  • Pricing may be updated with reasonable notice

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeiture of that session.

7. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable for change of mind unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unused sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Follow all coaching instructions

  • Use equipment safely

  • Communicate full medical history, and report any pain, discomfort, or concerns immediately

9. Results Disclaimer

Results vary between individuals and are dependent on factors including effort, consistency, lifestyle, adherence to programs, and individual physiology. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All training programs, plans, nutritional guidance, and materials provided remain the property of Wrightson Training and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.

11. Termination

Wrightson Training reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • These terms are breached

  • Behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
